Welcome to 1147vodka.com, home of Pottsdam Import & Export, Inc.  We’re new, we’re based in Atlanta, and we import two of the best tasting vodkas in the world, White Birch and Old Russian.  They’re made in Russia, where vodka was invented.  We want to share the fun of sipping authentic Russian vodka with you, our customer.

Ingredients

Vodka has been poured in Russia for a thousand years. White Birch and Old Russian are authentic vodkas, crafted from richly flavored grain grown in the sunlit fields of the Black Sea region. Only the finest wheat and rye are selected to be made into grain spirit, and then only the best grades of spirit are used in distilling. Into the neutral spirit are blended water and natural flavors that give our products their stunning taste and unanimous acclaim.

Craft

Genuine vodka preserves and conveys the natural aromas of the grain spirit, retaining the characteristics of its noble raw materials. It is in filtering and blending that vodka achieves its rich, smooth taste. White Birch and Old Russian are blended by master blenders, experts in the tiniest nuances, then carefully filtered, bottled, and sealed for your satisfaction.

Tradition

To savor their originality, White Birch and Old Russian are best drunk “neat” (without mixers)—either alone, with traditional hors d’oeuvres such as caviar, black bread, boiled potatoes, gherkins and smoked fish, or all the way through a meal. Whatever your taste, always serve well chilled—32º F is best. Use a small, thick, solid tumbler (or thick martini glass) to lock in the cold. За Здоровье! – Cheers!
